Mark Bratkovsky is an experienced New York state attorney and founder of the Law Offices of Mark Bratkovsky. Mark Bratkovsky graduated with a Bachelor's in Sociology from Stony Brook (SUNY). Mr. Bratkovsky then continued his legal education at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he later earned his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Bratkovsky was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1999 and was also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Additionally, he is a member of Association of Trial Lawyers of America and New York State Bar Association.
Before establishing his own practice, Mr. Bratkovsky spent several years working for prominent law firms in New York State. During this time, he successfully handled matters in various areas of the law. Drawing on his vast knowledge and years of practical experience, Mr. Bratkovsky established his Brooklyn-based practice with the goal of providing reliable counsel and efficient representation.
For the last fifteen years, Mark Bratkovsky's practice had encompassed many areas of the law, however, Mr. Bratkovky chose to pursue a specialty in real estate transactions and litigation, including short sales, and foreclosure. Since its founding, the Law Offices of Mark Bratkovsky has worked on thousands of cases and has provided reliable and continuous support to its community and beyond.
